Returns & Refunds Policy — Vault of Watches

1. Our Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your watch, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • It must include all original accessories, tags, and documentation

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Items that are custom-engraved, on clearance, or heavily discounted are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or exchange:

  1. Email returns@vaultofwatches.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions

  3. Ship your item securely with tracking

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, color, or size, please contact us at returns@vaultofwatches.com.
We will guide you through the exchange process and confirm stock availability.

 

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping) in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and international consumer rights standards.

7. Warranty Claims

All watches are covered by a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase and must comply with our Warranty Policy (outlined in our Terms & Conditions).

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Watches damaged through misuse or neglect

  • Water damage (for non-water-resistant models)

  • Custom or personalized items
